Dobry den vsem!

Last spring and summer I tuned (in Poland about 150km from Kaliningrad) several times to 9379kHz usb NPR transmission (first time 20.04.2006 at 1136utc).
I wrote it dawn to http://www.radioscanner.ru/base/index.php?action=viewfreq&freq_id=3454.
At first I wrote to NPR for QSL, but they directed me to http://myafn.dodmedia.osd.mil/radio/shortwave/. About thee months later I received -

"Unfortunately, we do not broadcast on 9379 KHZ. The closest to that would be our station in Pearl Harbor, Hawaii at 10320 KHZ. Perhaps it was some other organization.

I used then portable Degen de1103 with 20 meters wire antenna, with whip it was possible too.

Has anybody tuned to this transmission? Maybe somebody knows which organisation transmited this?
