Быть может, Вам следует найти кого-нибудь, кто знает язык и поможет Вам выполнить установку. Сам полный файл с инструкциями в формате pdf я могу Вам выслать на почтовый ящик, если он Вам будет нужен.

All of these prerequisites need only be downloaded and installed once. Also each prerequisite can
be downloaded separately.
Most of these prerequisites are built into Windows Vista and only need to be downloaded and
installed on Windows 2000 and Windows XP systems.
The Microsoft Speech API 5.1 needs to be downloaded and installed before Shortwave Log. It is
only necessary to download and install this for Windows 2000 and Windows XP. It is already built
into Windows Vista. The Microsoft Speech API 5.1 can be downloaded from
http://www.microsoft.com/speech/download/sdk51
Scroll most of the way down the page and download the SpeechSDK51.exe program.
Microsoft Data Access Components (MDAC) 2.8
This only needs to be installed on computers running Windows 2000 or pre-SP2 versions of
Windows XP. Windows XP SP2 and Windows Vista already have this installed.

RCSweb is a web page that allows remote control of a receiver. It runs under the Microsoft
Internet Information Service (IIS), which is available as part of Windows. If RCSweb is to be used,
be sure that IIS is installed and running (test by trying
http://localhost) before installing the
.NET 2.0 Framework.
Note that IIS is not available in XP Home and in many of the flavors of Vista. Generally speaking,
IIS is only found in the professional/business versions of Windows. If IIS is not available, all that
means is that the RCSweb application cannot be used. Remote control of a receiver is still possible.
Just the "fat client" that is part of Shortwave Log [Shift-F9] is used.
Crystal Reports for .NET Framework 2.0
The Crystal Reports for .NET Framework 2.0 installer can be downloaded from

Microsoft Core XML Services (MSXML) 6.0
This is a core component that is required by SQL Sever 2005. It needs to be installed for all

Installation of the Data Management Tools
The Data Management Tools, known as SQL Server Management Studio Express, are not required
to run Shortwave Log in the standard configuration of one computer. But they are required to
configure SQL Server to allow for network database access (i.e., the database is running on one
computer and the Shortwave Log or Radio Control programs are running on another computer).
While not required for the simple, single-computer configuration of Shortwave Log, it is nonetheless
highly recommended that the data management tools be installed.

Installation (or Upgrade) of Shortwave Log
Once the prerequisites have been installed, installing or upgrading Shortwave Log v5 involves just doubleclicking
