Создавалась ситуация при которой приводилась в реальную боевую готовность сопредельная армия а разведка наблюдала за передвижениями техники за узлами связи и брала все это на заметку
Т. е. не вступая в военные действия ты следил как противник будет себя вести
Там же выявлялись скрытые и неизвестные узлы связи и их взаимодействие и команды которые должны подаваться на случай военных действий
Это все в общих чертах поэтому всегда на любых учениях присутствует разведывательный корабль или самолет с сопредельной стороны
Это так в общих чертах
Поэтому они правильно делают что не кодируют
Из радиограмм следует что там ничего существенного и не говорится
Вот если бы пуски ракет или командно штабные учения
А это все баловство

There appears to be a lot of interest in JTFX-07-2 across the pond with HMS Illustrious (R06) deploying US Marine aircraft, so I figured what people are looking for is the JTFX-07-2 Order of Battle.
JTFX-07-2 aka "Operation Bold Step" off the US East Coast in the waters from Virginia to Florida is scheduled to for July 26th through July 31st. The exercise includes US Navy and Royal Navy warships, USAF aircraft, and additional aircraft from NATO (not certain yet which countries that includes).
JTFEX 07-2 serves as the forward-certifying event for the Harry S. Truman Carrier Strike Group (JTFEX certification) and sustainment training for units from the Dwight D. Eisenhower Carrier Strike Group.

More details have been released concerning the SNMG1's 12,500 mile circumnavigation of the African Continent:Phase 1 will see the departure of the Group from Rota Naval Base in Spain on 04/08/07 and down the West Coast of Africa and the Niger Delta to Phase 2 off the Gulf of Guinea. A port visit to Cape Town and exercises with the South African Navy in August/September sets up Phase 3 before Phase 4 takes them from South Africa to the Seychelles arriving in mid-September. Phase Five encompasses Presence Operations off the Horn of Africa before continuing to the same scenario, and Phase 6, with operations in the Red Sea and then returning through the Suez Canal to the Mediterranean once more. Ships taking part in the ground breaking deployment come under the control of Rear Admiral Mike Mahon in the Flagship USS Normandy (CG 60) and comprise: HNLMS Evertsen (F805), FGS Spessart (A1442), HMCS Toronto (FFH 333), NRP Alvares Cabral (F331) and HDMS Olfert Fischer (F355).

The composition of the SNMCMG1 changes quite drastically this month, still under command of the Belgian Flagship BNS Godetia (A960) HNLMS Maassluis (M856) joined from 02/07-31/12, ORP Czajka (624) is assigned from 29/07 - 13/10 and the FGS Datteln (M1068) arrived 01/07 and will continue until 31/12. HMS Middleton takes up her duties from 26/07 until 08/01/08 with BNS Primula (M924) having joined on 01/07 and staying until 31/12. Two other ships will join the force later on: LNS Suduvis (M52) arrives on 29/08 remaining with the group until 10/12 and the Norwegian Minehunter, KNM Karmшy (M341) arrives 13/10.

Command of the SNMG2 was transferred from the USS Roosevelt (DDG 80) to the Turkish frigate TCG Orucreis (F245) at the Aksaz naval base today. The other ships comprising the force at present are: HS Kanaris (F464), NMM Grecale (F571), SPS Canarias (F86) and HMS Montrose (F236) which will soon to be replaced by her sister ship HMS Argyll (F231) and the FGS Rhon (A1443) joins up with the group in September.

HMS Nottingham (D91) is currently on FOST at Devonport while the last of the Batch 3 ships, HMS York (D98), remains in Home Waters as well.

HMS Liverpool (D92) continues to be UK waters based at present and although engaged on Weapons Training found time to help a stricken motor boat off the south coast that had engine problems and had radioed for assistance.

HMS Montrose (F236) will return to Devonport at the end of July after nearly six-months with the SNMG2 in the Mediterranean, her replacement, HMS Argyll (F231) is believed to have departed from Devonport on 20/07 to take up her duties with the Group.

HMS Chatham (F87), has almost finished FOST and is due to deploy after some well-earned summer leave.
