reviewed and photocopied as part of the vessel s evidence package./
photos of all the documents were taken. ships paperwork appeared
to be in order upon initial inspection. there were two discepencies
with proper crew identification paperwork. crew manifest did not
match one crew member s id. master and crew member could not
explain why paperwork did not match.//
8. recommendations: the bt discovered a bomb in a crew living
space. once the bomb was discovered the boarding team executed a tactical
egress from the ship although search was incomplete. recommend
vessel be detained and searched more thoroughly.//

a. scenario.
1. diplomatic: bluland president held an afternoon press conference
where he condemned the attack on bluland police hq which has shaken
the entire country of bluland. he expressed deep sympathy for the
friends and families of the victims who were quote tragically
killed by airf madmen and cowards aimed at dismantling any chance for
peace in the region unquote alluding to bfm involvement. the
president concluded with a solemn promise to all the citizens of
bluland that those who support and conduct terrorist activity will

2. information: bfm has released a video messsage from their leader
today on its website. this is the first public statement from the

11. intelligence:
a. scenario.
1. diplomatic: bluland president held an afternoon press conference
where he condemned the attack on bluland police hq which has shaken
the entire country of bluland. he expressed deep sympathy for the
friends and families of the victims who were quote tragically
killed by an act of madmen and cowards aimed at dismantling any chence for
peace in the region unquote alluding to bfm involvement. the
president concluded with a solemn promise to all the citizens of
bluland that those who support and conduct terrorist activity will
be brought to justice.
2. information: bfm has released a video messsage from their leader
today on its website. this is the first public statement from the
bfm leader since 30 may. in his message, he proudly claims that bfm
was responsible for the mining of waters north of zealand and the
sound. he comments quote the un forces are weak and stupid. while
you flex your muscle near born island, we have exerted our power to
limit maritime access in and out of a strategic chokepoint to the
baltic sea. make no mistake, bfm can strike anywhere. he concluded

by stating that bfm will not cower in the presence of un forces but
will soon expose un weakness to the world unquote. reports indicate
that the bfm leader has been evading capture from bluland forces
since the arrival of ctg 369.04. as he has gone into hiding and not
in a position to direct bfm operations, he has likely already
delegated authority to his senior commanders. analysis of the video
suggest this message may have been taped days ago just prior to the
minelaying activity. also, the bfm leader made no comments of this
morning's attack on bluland police hq or an any impending attack.
3. military: two midland tornados conducted pre-flight activity at
schleswig air base at 130715z. the tornados conducted reconaissance
east of born island.
4. economics/humanitarian: due to the bfm mining north of zealand
and the sound, international aid vessels have remained in the north
sea or adjusted their course through great belt, delaying arrival of
humanitarian aid to born. meanwhile, aid shipments from worldwide
non-governmental organizations are being stockpiled in stockholm,
bluland. the un has identified several merchant ships to deliver
these to born island. the earliest possible delivery will be ready
to take place no earlier than 14 or 15 june.
